What we collect
Account information you give us (email address, and a password if you sign up that way rather than through a social login). Verification history and results for addresses you check, so you can see your past activity and export it. Usage data needed to run the Service: API request logs, rate-limit counters, and billing records. For bulk list uploads, the file itself is parsed in your browser - we only receive the specific addresses you confirm for checking, not the original file.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party processors to run the Service, and don't sell your data to anyone else:
- Supabase - authentication and account sessions.
- Stripe - payment processing for paid plans. We don't receive or store your full card details ourselves.
- Fly.io - hosting for the API and background jobs.
How long we keep it
Account and verification-history data is kept for as long as your account is active, so you can see your own history. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can export your verification history from your account directly; to request deletion or anything not available in the dashboard, contact us through your account.
Cookies
The dashboard uses cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences. The marketing site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The Service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by applicable law to consent to this kind of service on their own.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
