# Email verification

Check one address in milliseconds or a whole list with live progress. Every result shows the checks behind it.

## What we check
Syntax; domain and MX; disposable providers; role accounts; typo suggestions; catch-all; bulk lists (CSV, TXT, XLSX parsed in your browser); REST API.

## Verdicts
- **Valid:** every check passed. Safe to send.
- **Probably valid:** passed what can be checked; the mailbox can't be confirmed.
- **Unknown:** the receiving server wouldn't say. We don't guess.
- **Disposable:** a throwaway provider.
- **Invalid:** malformed, or the domain can't receive mail.

## FAQ
**Is there really a free plan?**
Yes — 200 verifications a month, no credit card required. It is the same verification engine as every paid plan, with a lower monthly limit.

**Do you store the emails I verify?**
We store your verification results so you can see your history, export lists and track usage. Bulk files are parsed entirely in your browser, so we never receive the original file.

**Can you guarantee an email exists?**
No verification service can guarantee that with certainty; major providers deliberately obscure mailbox-level checks. We check syntax, domain, MX records, disposable and role signals, and show you exactly what each check returned.

**What file formats can I upload?**
CSV, TXT and XLSX. The email column is detected, then normalised and de-duplicated in your browser before you confirm anything.
