## How it works
1. **Bring a list.** Paste or upload a CSV, TXT or XLSX list. It is parsed in your browser, and duplicates and malformed rows are removed for free.
2. **Check every address.** EMCHEQ runs eight checks per address: syntax, domain, DNS, mail servers, mailbox, disposable provider, role account and alias.
3. **Download the clean list.** Choose which verdicts to keep and download the clean list as a CSV.

**Is there really a free plan?**
Yes — 100 verifications a month, no credit card required. It is the same verification engine as every paid plan, with a lower monthly limit.

**Do you store the emails I verify?**
We store your verification results so you can see your history, export lists and track usage. Bulk files are parsed entirely in your browser, so we never receive the original file.

**Can you guarantee an email exists?**
No verification service can guarantee that with certainty; major providers deliberately obscure mailbox-level checks. We check syntax, domain, MX records, disposable and role signals, and show you exactly what each check returned.

**What file formats can I upload?**
CSV, TXT and XLSX. The email column is detected, then normalised and de-duplicated in your browser before you confirm anything.

**Is there an API?**
Yes. Any paid plan can generate API keys and verify emails programmatically with the same engine that powers the app.

**Can I cancel anytime?**
Yes. There is no lock-in; you can return to the free plan whenever you like.
